Grain Oriented Electrical Steel

Cold-rolled oriented silicon steel is widely used in power transmission and electric motors. In the process of power transmission, the cold-rolled oriented silicon steel can be used to make the core of the transformer, which improves the energy conversion efficiency of the transformer and reduces the energy loss. In the manufacturing process of the motor, cold-rolled oriented silicon steel can be used to manufacture the rotor and stator of the motor, which improves the efficiency and service life of the motor.

The grain direction of oriented silicon steel is distributed along the rolling direction and has excellent characteristics such as high magnetic induction, low iron loss and other excellent characteristics. It can be processed by magnetic domain thinning technology to obtain lower iron loss property, which can be widely used in the transformer industry.

Types of GO silicon steel:

G – common type
 
P – high induction type
 
R – domain refined high induction type
